ABOUT DERMAL FILLERS
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments designed to enhance facial contours, restore proportion, and soften the appearance of certain lines or areas of volume loss.
Many commonly used fillers are made with hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally present in the skin. Product selection is individualized based on the treatment area, facial anatomy, and desired result.
At MORI, filler is approached with restraint and intention — enhancing what is already there rather than changing the character of your face.
How Dermal Fillers Work
Different fillers are designed with different properties, allowing treatment to be customized for structure, contour, softness, or subtle volume.
Your provider will assess your facial anatomy, proportions, movement, and goals before developing an individualized treatment plan.
The goal is not simply to add volume, but to create balance and natural facial harmony.
Treatment Areas
Depending on your anatomy, goals, and the filler selected, treatment areas may include:
Lips
Cheeks / Midface
Chin
Jawline
Nasolabial Folds
Marionette Lines
Pre-Jowl Area
What to Expect
Your visit begins with a personalized facial assessment and discussion of your goals.
Treatment time varies depending on the areas being treated and your individualized plan. Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising may occur following treatment.
Some results may be visible immediately, while the treated area may continue to settle as temporary swelling resolves. Your provider will review aftercare and what to expect based on the specific product and treatment area.
Our Approach
Structure. Softness. Balance.
At MORI, dermal filler is not about adding volume everywhere.
Our approach focuses on facial proportion, thoughtful placement, and subtle refinement. Treatment is customized to complement your existing features while preserving softness, movement, and individuality.
Dermal filler products differ in composition, properties, and FDA-approved treatment areas. Product selection and treatment recommendations are individualized following consultation and clinical assessment.
As with all injectable treatments, dermal fillers carry potential risks and side effects. Your provider will review benefits, risks, alternatives, and aftercare with you before treatment.
CONCLUSION
Dermal fillers provide a non-surgical option that may help enhance your facial features, restore volume, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. With typically minimal downtime and results that can last several months, fillers offer a convenient choice for those looking to achieve their aesthetic goals. One of the things that makes dermal fillers so great is there's little downtime. Immediately after the treatment, there may be redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness and / or itching at or near the injection site. These symptoms are normal and should resolve within a few days. But for this reason we do not recommend scheduling your appointment right before a big event.
